A Catered Function

Daphne was absolutely fantastic!! She collaborated with me to create a menu that fit into our budget for my engagement party. She was very prompt in responding to my emails/calls and was always accessible! Working with her was a delightful experience and I certainly intend to work with Daphne and her team again in the future :)

In early January of 2015, "A Catered Function," led by Daphne Woods, flawlessly produced a wedding reception for my sister at a suburban church in Atlanta. Throughout the planning process, Daphne exceeded our expectations in every way possible. She provided a heavy appetizer menu that offered the exact variety we desired, including savory beef meatballs, spinach and shrimp dips, delicious chicken salad and pimento cheese finger sandwiches, as well as juicy pork BBQ sliders. Her ideas for the room decor were incredibly creative and transformed the reception room into a beautiful and inviting atmosphere. Daphne used my sister's royal blue color scheme to light up the reception venue with royal blue table runners, flower-filled vases tied with blue ribbons on each round table, and blue flowers strewn across the wedding cake table. Daphne was always readily available to help with every aspect of planning the reception, from answering countless text messages, emails, and phone calls to providing samples of her scrumptious appetizers for my family to try. Her warm and enthusiastic personality made it a pleasure to work with her, and her professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for her clients are unmatched. On the day of the reception, Daphne and her team worked tirelessly for over seven hours, remaining energetic and good-humored throughout, and the taste of their food was simply divine. The beauty of their decor also impressed our guests, who continued to compliment our caterers throughout the reception. I would highly recommend Daphne and "A Catered Function" to anyone planning any event, from an intimate picnic to a grand formal gala. Daphne is simply the best at what she does – serving delicious food and making happy guests and clients.

The timely arrival and quality of the food were satisfactory. All individuals appeared to relish it, and no grievances were expressed.

Daphne Woods was amazing, exhibiting a high level of professionalism and promptly answering all my calls. She immediately rectified any minor issues that arose. The food was delectable and received well by all. We would not hesitate to engage their services again.

We offer rental services for party items such as a bounce house, cotton candy machine, popcorn machine, and snow cone machine. Punctuality is crucial in the catering rental business, and they were prompt, which I appreciated. Additionally, they provided instructions on how to use the rental items, and my family had a great time at our home carnival.
