We were in need of a motorized lift for our 60" HDTV. Upon requesting the service on CrackerJack, we received a prompt response from Andy, the owner of A.C.T., who arrived at our doorstep in less than 30 minutes. He meticulously assessed the situation, explained his plan, and, within half an hour, came back with his team and meticulously completed the job in a timely, professional, and faultless manner. All of this was done at a fair and reasonable price. I have never given such a high appraisal for home repair services, being a retired medical professional. However, this was an exceptional experience! I would not hesitate to hire Andy and his team again!
