My posterior was thoroughly kicked by Jason's boot camp! He impressed upon me the importance of proper form and motivated me to push myself. Slacking off is simply not an option with his rigorous training. Despite being geared towards a younger crowd, boot camp is still enjoyable and tailored to seniors like myself. Jason is also exceptionally charming and relatable. Highly recommended!

In January of 2014, I enlisted in Jason Montgomery's boot camp program. Since then, I have experienced a noteworthy enhancement in my general health and wellness. What sets Jason apart is his ability to continuously provide unique workouts, so each session is unlike the previous one. I have participated in both the indoor and outdoor boot camp classes, and I strongly endorse them through A Better U. Prior to joining, I was completely sedentary. Now, I eagerly anticipate my three weekly boot camp sessions.

It is a gratifying experience to work alongside Jason. The exercises are always distinct and provide a continuous challenge. He assesses your physical capability and collaborates with you to enhance your level of fitness. In the past, I have worked with trainers who exerted excessive pressure during the initial stages, resulting in a lack of motivation. However, that is not the case with Jason. He does push you to your limit, but never to the extent that would discourage you from returning.

My 93-year-old mother recently had her first session with Jason, and it exceeded my expectations. Jason had her doing exercises that I didn't anticipate her doing during the initial visit. We were so pleased with the outcome that we have booked 10 more sessions. Jason has surpassed my expectations of a personal trainer. My mother, who was able to walk before entering the hospital, could no longer walk after two months of being in a rehabilitation center with inadequate staffing and lackluster healthcare professionals who only did their jobs for the paycheck. She was unable to walk or feed herself upon returning home. However, thanks to Jason's guidance, she is now regaining her strength and can stand up again. Watching Jason work with her was incredible- he has a unique way of motivating my mother to do more than what I could ever do myself. I would highly recommend Jason after just one visit, and I plan to update at the end of our first 10 sessions. Thank you so much, Jason!
