In the first bathroom, there was a plaster ceiling cracking and dropping, and they remedied it by removing it, treating it for mold, and applying primer and paint. The second bathroom had three separate ceilings that were treated for mold, primed, and painted. Additionally, the tub and wall inserts were re-caulked. The third bathroom had its wallpaper removed and was painted. In the laundry room, they repaired damage caused by a leak. The price they charged me seemed reasonable, and they were responsible for acquiring all the necessary materials and paint.
