My Yamaha upright, manufactured in 2002, has been neglected. It was left untuned and unplayed for years. Recently, I decided to reignite my passion for playing and wanted to utilize learning apps to brush up on the basics. However, the apps failed to recognize the notes. To remedy this, I arranged for Rich to come out and take a look. From the onset, it was clear that Rich was more than a mere piano tuner. Finally, he played a few songs on my piano, and it was as though he had breathed new life into it.
