For some time, there had been a leak in the flat roof. Raul took out the old roofing, strengthened the decayed beams and plywood, and created an inclined surface so that I could have a shingle roof, along with new gutters and gutter guards. The fresh roofing gives off a pleasant and tidy appearance. He also mended the vinyl siding and flashing. I am grateful to him.
