8TFive Studio was founded in 2013, rooted in a partnership between architects and designers who collaborate closely with industry experts to create an integrated approach to designing the built environment.

Our primary objective is to redefine traditional architectural design services by exploring innovative, collaborative, and imaginative design strategies and solutions, whilst prioritizing sustainable and responsible design to provide our clients with satisfaction and excitement.

We are passionate about our work, always seeking to improve our skills, knowledge, and design thinking, no matter the challenges of each project, in search of fresh opportunities for our clients.

Our services span a broad spectrum from conventional to modern, encompassing new construction and renovations, with projects ranging from residential to commercial, and recreational spaces. We infuse careful consideration of sustainability into all projects, offering our clients LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certification and BIM (Building Information Modeling) analysis for greater performance insights and project cost transparency.

Consulting with Neil has been a fantastic experience! We communicated via email prior to his onsite visit for consultation, and each interaction has been not only professional and timely but also personal.
