Due to complete disregard, my dogs' tendency to create snot designs on any surface, and the sporadic bird crashes, our windows were disgustingly dirty.
The man displayed exceptional attention to detail and was amiable.
The only drawback now is that the windows are so flawlessly clean that more birds are attempting to fly through them.
Thankfully, I dislike birds, so I give it a perfect score of 10/10!
