ASP Service in Schertz delivers very unsatisfactory customer service. Though they started off with a promising service, their true colors soon emerged. Communication was perplexing and their response times were dreadful, with a wait of up to five days for a response. Our technicians' service lacked in quality, as they simply concentrated on running the Polaris instead of performing a proper service cleaning which is expected with their prices. It is advisable to steer clear of ASP Service in Schertz.
