For four months, I've trained with Luke, a dedicated and experienced fitness trainer. As someone who has always struggled with gaining weight, Luke has been a rare find. And, I knew I needed to make a change to gain muscle and weight. Despite joining various gyms and fitness classes in the past, I always struggled to achieve my goals until I started training with Luke. He's an amazing trainer who customizes every session to be both fun and challenging. Luke's nutritional guidelines have helped me make a remarkable difference in my eating habits. More importantly, he is always focused on helping me achieve my goals, making himself very helpful, motivating, and accommodating. Consistency in both exercise and diet is the key, and I have seen considerable progress in my strength and tone. Luke ensures I apply the right lifting techniques to avoid injury and is always polite, punctual, and reliable. Every day with Luke feels like a new beginning. He pushes me to feel engaged in my workouts without overdoing it. Nina possesses a wealth of knowledge as she provides us with swift exercise modification suggestions to suit our individual preferences and requirements. She keeps us engaged by catching our mistakes and correcting our form to optimize effectiveness. Additionally, we're grateful for her patient explanations that address our extensive questions and help us comprehend the intricacies of our fitness plan.
