Charles Blankeney and his team were punctual, which is impressive for the DC area. They made the process of addressing the basement water penetration of the concrete block foundation painless and minimally invasive. Charlie provided clear explanations of each step of the process, including trench excavation, drain and pump placement, pipe and electrical location, trench completion, sump pump installation and operation, barrier material and positioning, and concrete installation. The team quickly put up dust barriers and floor protection before jack hammering the basement floor, and they made sure to leave the area clean once the work was completed. I would highly recommend Charles and his team to anyone in need of their services.
