I would advise against hiring them. They took longer than estimated to complete the task, increased the price in the middle of it, and, in the end, it turned out that the job was not done properly. I had to pay someone else to come and correct their mistakes. To save yourself from such inconvenience, it's better to hire someone who is both licensed and insured.
