The service provider was late and required multiple phone calls to get in touch. They also failed to mention an additional step they could not complete and attempted to charge me an excessive amount. It was a challenging experience to navigate.

Omar and Jorge performed excellently! Their company is top-notch and we will not have any reservations in rehiring them.

Our Café needed repairs due to a previous plumber's faulty installation, which 5-Point Plumbing promptly resolved. Responding to our request, the owner Omar ensured that the issue was fixed within a day. To our satisfaction, they even addressed a separate problem later on. Their professionalism, great workmanship, and aptitude for understanding plumbing concerns make them an outstanding choice. I would wholeheartedly recommend 5-Point Plumbing for any job, regardless of its size. I give them a perfect score of 10 out of 10.

Their team is superb, led by Omar who offers responsible and accurate advice. Whenever we had concerns or questions about the job, his responses were quick. The other team members, Jose and Jorge, were equally pleasant to work with. Our experience was fantastic and we would absolutely recommend them to our friends and family. In addition to other projects, they also worked on the fire pit in our backyard.

Starting off this review, I want to mention that 5-Point Plumbing Corp only asked me for three things that I appreciated about working with them, and I chose the maximum number of choices. However, I believe that there are five things that I would like to commend them for: 1) Work Quality, 2) Professionalism, 3) Responsiveness, 4) Value, and 5) Punctuality. I believe that they deserve an A+ rating in all of these categories, and here's why: I have had the pleasure of hiring 5-Point Plumbing a few times, and they have been exceptional every time. They were the only company to answer the phone immediately when I was searching for a plumber in my area, and they showed up on time every time, unlike other companies that didn't answer or redirected me to automated machines in other cities. The first time I contacted them, Mariah assisted me, and she was friendly and courteous. Although her crew was coming from Palo Alto, she assured me that they would come even if it was after 5:00 pm, and they did. They arrived, assessed the situation, and returned the next day at 8:00 am to replace my front and backyard water faucets, and they did an excellent job. The second time I hired them, Omar and Jose, whom I already knew from the first visit, replaced a bathroom sink faucet and a kitchen faucet, arriving promptly, just like the first time. When my kitchen faucet began leaking, I reached out to the company, and they scheduled another visit. They came a few times to check the problem and determined that the faucet I had purchased was faulty. I rushed to the store, bought a new one, and called 5-Point again. They were always polite and informed me that it was under warranty. Finally, Omar came one last time and replaced it, and now our kitchen faucet works flawlessly. I highly recommend 5-Point Plumbing Corp for any plumbing needs you may have as my wife and I plan to continue working with them since we are delighted with their services, and I am certain that you will be too.
