We provide free estimates and make use of the best materials, including 4500 psi dot approved concrete, wire mesh, and rebar as needed, ultra microfiber, and a one-year warranty. Clients can upgrade options at the material cost for stronger psi or additional rebar. Our pricing varies depending on the work needed, with new grey concrete priced at $6 to $12 per sqft, removal and replacement at $7 to $13 per sqft, stamped concrete at $12 to $25 per sqft, and monolithic slabs at $12 to $20 per sqft. In a relatively condensed time frame, Eric and his team executed a commendable job. After obtaining five different proposals, his competitive and extensive bid emerged as our preferred choice. The intended outcome was a patio featuring a built-in fire pit and a seating surround, as well as landscaping tasks such as rock removal, sprinkler system installation, and sod laying. Eric presented a comprehensive estimate for the whole project and shared some impressive examples of former fire pit projects, instilling confidence in his work's quality. Although the timeline shifted on various occassions, he remained communicative and ultimately made our deadline. During our big housewarming event over the weekend, we garnered numerous compliments on our revamped backyard space. Previously, I had obtained quotes through recommendations from friends, but most contractors required to see the job's scope before providing an estimate. I consistently received quotes that were higher (sometimes extremely higher) than those given to my friends. This may be because I live in a region with above-average housing prices, leading to the assumption that I can afford to pay much more. However, 4U2 was the first among many to provide me with an honest estimate range for labor and materials without knowing my zip code. Once we hired them, Eric updated me at every step, suggesting we keep the front lighter to match the brick and Raul demonstrating impressive design and functional skills. I wanted A, but he suggested B, X, and Y. Eric translated, and we trusted, resulting in a beautiful outcome. They finished in under three days, and subsequent contractors have requested their names because they were impressed by their work. The only downside was that they accidentally pierced our sprinkler and cable lines when digging and placing stakes, despite the city marking the electrical and gas lines. However, we had not contracted with them to avoid doing so, so we fixed it ourselves. While we could have asked them to fix it, I disregarded it as we paid for the concrete installation, not for them to psychically locate sprinklers installed by Comcast and others.
