Initially, I was thrilled to collaborate with Randall's Tree service regarding tree cleanup. His estimated cost of $750 to tidy up our trees appeared reasonable to me. However, upon their arrival, the workers appeared rushed and did not devote ample amounts of time analyzing each tree. They were only present for around 45 minutes. When I requested that the branches by the roadside be chipped, they agreed but left without completing the task. Considering the profit they earned from the job, at least some effort should have been put towards it. I am disappointed when businesses become excessively focused on money to the point of neglecting fair treatment and customer satisfaction. I felt taken advantage of.
