On Friday, March 11th, I contacted my warranty company to inform them that my furnace was not working and I required their services. The company responded to my call and sent me an appointment for the following Monday. When I received the email, I contacted the company assigned for the appointment, 3P2DHVAC, and requested if they could fit me in same-day. I had not had heat for two days, and my elderly mother-in-law was living with me, enduring the cold. Unfortunately, Phil, the company representative, informed me that they were booked but promised to call me back if there was any cancellation. Thankfully, an hour and a half later, Phil called me back and notified me that they had an opening at 1 PM that day. I was grateful for Phil's efforts, and he and his partner (whose name I didn't catch) came out and repaired my furnace in no time. They did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of furnace repairs.
