Upon his early arrival, he proceeded to adhere to the established procedures for the inspection. Ensuring that all vents were properly sealed shut, he began the process of cleaning the AC system. The progress of his work was consistently updated to me, with before and after photos provided to display the extent of the work completed. After the AC system was successfully cleaned, the technician discovered that the dryer duct was in far worse condition than originally anticipated. He bravely tackled a blockage measuring over a foot long, and even removed a bird's nest. The entirety of the duct was then cleaned, with the technician taking the time to tidy up any resulting mess and reset the AC system. In addition, he inspected the AC filter and cover, cleaning the latter and informing me about the correct filter size to purchase. After agreeing upon the final price, he concluded his work without creating any disturbance.

Our ducts were cleaned, one of our HVAC units was leveled, and our bathroom vents were fixed to reduce noise and vent to the attic. The process took three days, and they cleaned up after themselves, providing a thorough job. As a result, we plan to rehire them to replace our Mercury thermostats with smarter alternatives.
