Our experience with this professional was exceptional. Within a few days, he provided a reasonable quote and began refinishing our red oak hardwood floors. Additionally, he replaced a small section of a board that a previous owner had drilled a large hole through. He also skillfully handled the transitions between the tile and hardwood floors.
We entrusted him with our house key while we were out of town for five days, and he proved to be trustworthy and professional. As promised, there was no dust left behind after the project was completed.
Throughout the project, he was responsive to our text messages, offering support and answering any questions we had. The finished floors are truly stunning, and we wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.
