Recently, I've been heavily involved in construction and renovation work in our new home, working with numerous vendors. Although I'm hesitant to give anything less than top marks, I understand the importance of providing honest reviews on this app to aid in selecting contractors, so here's my input. Mike provided a comprehensive and detailed price estimate for painting the entire interior of our home, which gave me high hopes that everything would go according to plan. Unfortunately, there were numerous hiccups throughout the process, with a lack of proper communication between Mike and the painters. In my opinion, I thought the quality of work was decent overall, but not exceptional when compared to other vendors I've worked with for jobs like flooring, waterproofing, construction, and renovation. Mike tried to address any issues as they arose, but I believe the scope of the job might have been too overwhelming for them. They struggled to keep track of the rooms and colors, even though I only requested one color for the majority of the house. If it was just one room, I think they would have been able to handle it better. However, during our job, problems arose such as unfinished areas, poor color coverage (which I initially expressed would be a huge concern), mismatched colors, changes to the timeline, and a host of other minor issues I had to point out to be fixed. Even after they left and I had moved in, I continued to find small issues which I had to rectify myself. It was strange that the painters also brought their own air fryer into my kitchen to prepare their meals, which is different than what I've experienced with other vendors. While we weren't yet living in the house during the majority of the project, it was still noticeable and something to mention.

Before Thanksgiving, we had a ceiling that required fixing, and we wanted to get it done. Mike was quick to arrive to evaluate the necessary repairs, find the right professionals for the task, and supervise its completion promptly. The outcome looks fantastic! Without hesitation, I'll keep 360 Painting's number on my speed dial.
