They maintained effective communication throughout the process and promptly addressed any concerns we had. The owner ensured that all components were functioning optimally and promptly resolved an issue that arose post-installation.

After an arduous search, we have finally secured a contractor! The communication was exceptional, keeping us informed every step of the way. We never felt left in the lurch regarding our progress or expectations. The installation of the attic fan was executed to perfection, and we were thrilled to find no debris or refuse left behind. The price was fair, and the final tally matched the estimate given. We have no reservations about being repeat clients and would encourage all to hire 3 Little Bears for their contracting needs.

We enlisted the help of Veon and his crew of family members for a complete overhaul of our newly purchased home in December 2019. Despite being remote for the majority of the work, we found that the distance didn't impact the quality or timing of their work in the slightest. Veon and his team updated all of the flooring in our 4000+ square foot home, replacing it with brand new hardwood. They also refurbished and installed a new bathroom and closet while completely renovating the other 3.5 bathrooms with new plumbing fixtures and top-quality tiling. Additionally, our kitchen underwent a cosmetic upgrade, receiving new appliances, backsplashes, flooring, and countertops. Veon went above and beyond by making several significant design changes, such as adding new windows for optimal lighting and a modern fireplace to replace an outdated one. We also installed new, solid mahogany doors throughout, including a particularly impressive 500+ lb front door with glass inserts and sidelights. Veon and his team left no part of our home untouched and their work was so impressive that our home was featured on the cover of a Western NC home magazine. Most notably, the house sold at close to asking price within a week of listing it for sale. Veon's crew is a family-operated business that rarely has to outsource and we couldn't recommend them more highly as general contractors.

Given the chance, I would have given more than 5 stars because I couldn't have had a better experience. They accomplished the task fast and professionally, and I would undoubtedly enlist their services again. Communication was excellent, and the quality of work was exceptional. They were unwavering when I requested an additional bathroom and a new floor. They successfully finished the kitchen, living room, hall, bathroom, bedroom turned laundry room, and spare bedroom within two days. Thank you for a superb job!!!
