CrackerJack led me to 3 Brothers, and it was a fortunate find! They efficiently installed my water heater and replaced my air conditioning system, all accomplished within 3 weeks. The entire crew exhibited exceptional professionalism and a friendly demeanor. They tidied up progressively as they worked, keeping their work trucks immaculate! The proprietor, Eric, remained highly responsive throughout the projects, often responding to my emails within a mere 5 minutes! Their pricing was reasonable, and they didn't try to sell me any unnecessary items, which is crucial when making such decisions. I highly recommend giving them a call without hesitation!

Despite Three Brothers offering a competitive rate for my residential tank-to-tankless water heater replacement, which included the permitting I requested, I have some reservations that made me reduce their rating by a star. Firstly, I found it time-consuming and necessary to follow up on multiple occasions to secure a date for the job. I have had previous experiences where contractors have forgotten about me, and I think I would have been overlooked if I had not been persistent. Secondly, during the walkthrough for the quote, they neglected to notice that there was no available dedicated outlet near the selected installation location, resulting in the heater running on an extension cord, which requires the services of an electrician to close out the permit. I believe that single home water heaters do not make up a significant portion of their business, and they have numerous looming projects that could make it easy for them to forget about us. While I am not confident we would have received the same level of satisfaction during the winter, the installation was successful for the summer. The team I worked with was professional, and ultimately the job was done well.

I highly recommend this group of outstanding gentlemen for their honesty and excellent work. They installed a toe kick heater and successfully eliminated the knocking problem in my heating system.
