Prompt and responsive, the contractor provided a quick quote and started the project promptly. Although I had multiple projects in progress that required completion, I was given a 3-hour timeframe for a drywall repair task involving a portion of a wall around a window and installation of door frame trim. However, the contractor arrived an hour late, but quickly commenced work. While the quality of work was satisfactory, it took 4.5 hours to complete 75% of the drywall repair due to insulation work as well. Realizing that the initial project would not be done on time, I had to conclude it prematurely and finish the remaining works myself. Moreover, none of the other projects we had discussed were completed by the contractor. Later, I was left with the task of muddying, sanding, re-installing the trim, tidying up the drywall and insulation debris, and addressing an electrical outlet that had become loose after the contractor left. Although the quality of work was good, it took much longer than expected.
