There was a minor gutter project where the installers inadvertently omitted a gutter guard. However, they promptly returned the next day and installed the guard just before it rained. Nevertheless, there was a slight problem with the gutter apron, which was incompatible with the carport roof. Subsequently, the cost of the apron was refunded in the final billing. Despite this setback, everything turned out fine.

My fascia repair was a great experience with 22nd Century Roofing. They were the only contractor who responded to my request, and Tyler was fantastic during the estimate visit. He spent a considerable amount of time examining the fascia damage and even went above and beyond by fixing several things on the gutter and roof. Despite significant delays caused by extreme winter weather, the crew arrived on a bitterly cold day and finished the project in just one day. Communication was superb throughout the process, and I recommend them highly to friends and neighbors.
