Black Ladder was hired by me to replace the rear roof, which was over 40 years old. The front roof had already been replaced within the last 25 years. Luccas, being meticulous, walked the premises and gave me two quotes. One for the required work and the other for the entire roof. These quotes were comparatively lower than those of other roofing companies. Since the front roof was still in good condition, I only opted for the rear quote. They commenced work promptly and respected my property while carrying out their job. Their execution was splendid, and surprisingly, they left my yard spotless after completion. The roof has been transformed and looks stunning now! I will definitely recommend Black Ladder to my acquaintances and also keep them in mind for any future work.
