1st Proservice is an excellent choice for any project you have in mind. I enlisted their services for my bathroom renovation and water damage repairs, and the outcome was almost identical to my inspiration images. The finished product had an impressive durability and design, particularly the tiling work which was sturdy and immaculate. It may not be a "high-end build," but 1st Proservice provides affordable prices for their exceptional work. Although not all of the finishing touches were flawless initially, their team was readily available and committed to correcting any issues. Overall, I found them to be a reliable and trustworthy option, and I would undoubtedly work with them again.

At 7:30 in the morning, I contacted 1st Proservice for a quote, and within an hour, I received a very reasonable quote compared to others in the area. To my luck, I secured a 3 pm same-day appointment. Anton was responsible for replacing the sink and did an amazing job. He carefully removed the old sink and apprised me of the necessary cabinet cuts, seeking my approval before proceeding. His installation was flawless and tidy, and he ensured that all of my preferences were met while maintaining the utmost professionalism. After struggling with expensive bids from well-known plumbing companies and wasting money on an incomplete job from a different handyman, I decided to give CrackerJack a chance. Oleg promptly responded and, already in the area, arrived within 20 minutes. He efficiently completed the task and left shortly after, although no cleaning was done afterward. This may be due to fitting the job in between two others at short notice- not a significant issue. I will definitely hire him again and provide his number to my property manager for future projects.
