These guys were responsive, professional, and punctual. The service technician called me on his way and arrived on time. Although there were some minor issues with the cleaning, the company scheduled a return visit promptly. On the subsequent visit, the same technician was courteous and displayed a professional demeanor. However, the price was my only concern. My gas grill only has three burners, so I was expecting a quote in the vicinity of $240. Unfortunately, when it came time to settle up with the technician, the price unexpectedly ballooned to almost $300, with no prior mention of the additional $30 charge. While $240 was reasonable, almost $300 felt exorbitant.
