Hello, my name is Alisha and I am the proud owner of 180° Fitness, The Total Package. My qualifications include a degree in Exercise Science/Advanced Health and Fitness from Bryan University, along with certification from NASM as a Personal Trainer.

During my studies, I came to realize that a major obstacle people face when trying to get fit or maintain their fitness is following a plan that isn't personalized for their specific needs. Most individuals approach their fitness challenges with a "one size fits all" mentality, which results in plateaus, temporary progress, and eventual frustration and self-doubt leading to quitting.

Therefore, I founded 180° Fitness to introduce my clients to personalized fitness plans, or as I like to call it, "Doing the 180°." This approach means that each aspect of our work together is tailored to your specific needs, eliminating any frustrations that might be hindering your fitness journey. It means making fitness simple and accessible, removing any self-doubt so that you can achieve and maintain your goals.
