Late one night, there was an attempted break-in at our AirBnB-listed condo rental. The intruder managed to steal a few items, but fortunately, the unit was unoccupied at the time. We were referred to Xquisite Enterprises by two fellow AirBnB hosts and a friend, and reached out to them for assistance.
AJ, the proprietor, exhibited excellent professionalism and responsiveness in addressing our predicament. He reinforced the door framing and fitted smartlocks that enabled us to monitor access from anywhere. During the process, AJ recommended updating the entrance and kitchen area for a reasonable price. We followed his advice, and within a day, our rental was transformed into a truly exquisite space!
