I've had a great experience with 123 Moving in the past. They consistently deliver top-notch service and quality work. However, during my most recent move, one of my items was discovered to be damaged halfway through the process. The team promptly disassembled their hard work and repackaged it for me. They even went above and beyond by suggesting alternatives and providing advice for the return process. Their willingness to help without hesitation was truly impressive.
