A professional was commissioned to install a sliding glass patio door. Despite cancelling on the morning it was scheduled, he was accommodating in rescheduling for the following day. However, upon arrival, he revealed that the door we purchased could not be utilized due to the presence of a nail fin, despite its label suggesting otherwise. Consequently, we were put in a difficult situation.
