Jeff displayed a high degree of professionalism and responsiveness. Other professionals followed up on his visual inspection and smell test, and confirmed his conclusion that there was no mold. He was meticulous in his work and didn't demand payment. Furthermore, he offered additional services (which I might consider in the future) as a precautionary measure to double-check for mold. Performs well until the invoice is presented. Experienced anxiety due to the presence of mold. Reacted promptly, but charged significantly higher at $500 than the competitor for water removal services. Upon mentioning restoration, their quotation became even more excessive than the previous one. If you are willing to invest your hard-earned money in their esteemed services, then proceed. Otherwise, it is best to avoid this service entirely.

Our suspicion was that mold might be an issue, and we decided to have the air quality assessed to confirm it. Jeff, who we found on CrackerJack, responded promptly, was accessible when needed, and was able to complete the testing within a week. The cleaning, as well as the customer service were superb. The Berber carpet was cleaned exceptionally well, old stains were removed, and the carpet now looks nearly new. The team was helpful, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend their services!
