I truly desire to select all the options, such as responsiveness, etc. The individuals I conversed with were exceptionally pleasant and supportive. Our requirement was to dispose of the couch base, and they arrived precisely on time, even in the downpour (for which I'm extremely appreciative). The individuals who performed the task were excellent. It was beneficial that Got Junk responded promptly, as we were in the process of relocating. However, we encountered an issue since the website indicated that the service would cost $295.00, but the final amount added up to $370.00. I had documented all the items to be picked up and even notified them of an extra weighty object. However, they neglected to mention that this could result in an increase in cost. Although everyone was amicable and cooperative, I believe that the website needs to be more transparent.
