From the initial appointment setup until the final farewell, the overall experience has been exceptional. Although the truck arrived a bit late due to their previous appointment, I was notified in advance. Upon arrival, Lucas and Caleb's courtesy and friendliness were evident. I scheduled an appointment online for the removal of a very old and cumbersome upright piano, to be done the following day. The service provider informed me that they would arrive at my home sometime between 2:00 and 2:30 pm, and true to their word, they arrived at 2:08 pm. Lucas and Joe were an incredible team who were not only great conversationalists but also took ample pride in their job and their company. They were consummate professionals who had a can-do attitude, worked with great diligence, and were both courteous and amiable.
