Overall, my experience was exceptional. Communication was outstanding from beginning to end. Even with less than 24 hours' notice, I was able to schedule an appointment with ease. When the team contacted me later that day to confirm the appointment, I mentioned my availability for an earlier slot, and they kindly accommodated my request. On the day of the move, I received a call 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time, within my pre-agreed 2-hour window. Anthony B and Brandon D arrived on time, and without delay, they set to work moving my furniture. Throughout, they maintained a professional, friendly, and efficient approach. I would highly recommend this service.

The service was priced exorbitantly. Charging $149 simply to remove a single old recliner is unreasonable. If an estimate had been provided beforehand, I would have rejected their service.
