I would advise against using this company due to their misleading claim of minimizing landfill waste and donating to charity. Despite confirming this twice before scheduling a pick-up, my furniture was deemed unfit for donation and treated poorly during the removal process. The workers brought mud into my home and carelessly dismantled an oak rolltop desk, damaging my walls and leaving the unusable lower half behind. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, the lead worker was rude and dismissive, insisting that most of the furniture they pick up is ultimately thrown away and refusing to apologize. In addition to leaving me with a damaged home and a broken piece of furniture, the company also attempted to charge me for a service that was not rendered. In short, they misled me as a customer and exhibited little regard for me or my belongings.
