Their work left me feeling extremely content, and I would unquestionably employ their services again.

Although the cost and experience were satisfactory, the message of "filling a truck" is deceptive. Their truck only arrived with a quarter of its capacity filled, making it impossible to determine exactly how much of our belongings occupied the space. The lack of care in loading our items was apparent as larger items were carelessly tossed in, leaving ample room underneath them resulting in our bags not fitting correctly. A better strategy for loading, such as playing Tetris or having a plan for item placement, would have made a positive difference in filling the truck bed.

When I moved, I needed some items removed from my apartment urgently and so I engaged the services of a company. Valerie was the one who contacted me via message and phone call to provide me with detailed information about the process, costs, and set up a same day appointment for an estimate. She assured me that there was no obligation to proceed with their services if the estimate was beyond my means. The workers kept me informed of their arrival and arrival time, and arrived on time, were polite, and answered all my queries. They assessed my items and provided me with a price which was a little higher than expected. Despite this, I was comfortable with their service and hired them on the spot. They were efficient, cautious, and did not damage the walls while moving my possessions. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and would definitely recommend their services, as well as use them again in the future. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
