Their estimate was slightly high, but they came highly recommended by CrackerJack. Since the condo was vacant, there was no need to worry about moving furniture out of the way. Upon completion of the job, I was surprised to see that an additional 20% ($300) had been added to my bill for painting the doors, which should have been included in the original estimate. However, since I had agreed to this work at the outset, I paid the extra amount. To my dismay, I later discovered that the kitchen had not been painted at all. When I contacted the painter, he refused to return unless I paid him more money. He claimed that the grease was bleeding through the "new" paint, but I had pictures to prove otherwise. Although most of the work was acceptable, I am extremely disappointed that the kitchen was left unpainted. While minor errors are understandable, this is a significant oversight. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to others. read less"

"This is the second time I've utilized their services. The first time, everything went swimmingly. It was a tiny countertop for a vanity, and they did a fantastic job. However, the second time around, ... read morethey were hired to create a laundry room and kitchenette. They made some of the countertop corners round and others squared in the same area right next to the stove. It's frustrating, and there's no easy way to rectify it without purchasing another $5k slab. Furthermore, they didn't even apologize or offer any sort of discount; it was simply "deal with it." I also had to request that they return and fix the corners of the countertop in a few spots where they weren't even square and were flaring out at the bottom. They were able to repair it, fortunately. They also incorrectly positioned one of the counters, causing me to contact them once again to have it corrected. These are all things they should have noticed and repaired on their own before I had to bring them to their attention and spend time contacting them. Additionally, they don't provide any credit for the leftover slab that wasn't utilized, even though I paid full price for it. They'll resell it to someone else without giving any sort of compensation. They are friendly people, but their attention to detail leaves a lot to be desired. read less"
