"To succeed in a competitive world, a change in attitude is necessary. Their estimate was slightly high, but they came highly recommended by CrackerJack. Since the condo was vacant, there was no need to worry about moving furniture out of the way. Upon completion of the job, I was surprised to see that an additional 20% ($300) had been added to my bill for painting the doors, which should have been included in the original estimate. However, since I had agreed to this work at the outset, I paid the extra amount. To my dismay, I later discovered that the kitchen had not been painted at all. When I contacted the painter, he refused to return unless I paid him more money. He claimed that the grease was bleeding through the "new" paint, but I had pictures to prove otherwise. Although most of the work was acceptable, I am extremely disappointed that the kitchen was left unpainted. While minor errors are understandable, this is a significant oversight. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to others. read less"
