At present, standing at 6ft5 and weighing 225lbs, I have acquired six fight experiences in addition to more than ten years of competency in Strength & Conditioning and Fitness, as well as over seven years in Muay Thai. I create personalized plans for every individual that cater to distinct goals, such as Traditional Muay Thai and self-defense, weight loss and fitness, as well as strength and muscle gain.

Moreover, I offer in-person training sessions at your preferred location to help you achieve your dream body, self-defense skills, and elevated confidence levels. The possibilities are endless, and all three objectives can be achieved.
