As a licensed Architect with over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial design, I prioritize design and customer service above all else. It's important to be aware of non-licensed "designers", "interior designers", "architectural draftsman", or General Contractors who claim to "work with Architects" but are not licensed to practice Architecture in North Carolina.

In addition to my accredited 5-year bachelors degree from Kansas State University, I am also a licensed contractor. This means I can assist with estimating, budgeting and selecting a contractor. Take a look at my complete portfolio online.

My design process involves real-time collaboration. Whether it's face-to-face design meetings or through Zoom during these Covid times, it's important to work creatively and efficiently together. By involving you in the design process, we can determine what works and what doesn't.

I use a variety of tools including traditional sketching, AutoCAD, and 3-D computer modeling such as Modumate and Sketchup. I think outside the box to create unique designs while also ensuring they are buildable. Design always comes first, but I know how to make it a reality.
