The ongoing services that V&L Property Holdings, LLC. has agreed to provide include:

1. Collecting monthly rent payments by invoicing and following up with tenants.
2. Assisting with move-ins and move-outs of tenants, while the landlord provides keys and property access.
3. Posting notices as needed.
4. Offering eviction assistance by drafting notices and initiating service, with a billing arrangement between the landlord and constable or sheriff.
5. Conducting a complimentary rent analysis.
6. Conducting a complimentary on-site inspection annually.
7. Providing complimentary service and communication work pertaining to housing subsidies, including appropriate rent increases.
8. Performing a complimentary comprehensive market assessment for the property.
9. Handling normal and ordinary communication with tenants.
10. Coordinating any necessary repairs between tenant(s) and landlord, with two options available:

a. Coordinating access for the landlord's chosen technicians and ensuring payment to the technician by the landlord.

b. Recommending technicians at the landlord's request, with any billing or service agreement between the technician and landlord directly.
