I was extremely satisfied with the repair and refinishing of my vintage dining and living room set. The cost was reasonable, but the quality of the work was exceptional. Additionally, the young woman who assisted the technician was as personable and polite as he was and showed great strength. They were both capable of lifting and moving the furniture without any help from my spouse or me. The technician completed the work several days ahead of schedule and returned the furnishings promptly the next day instead of waiting. I will certainly use Tim for all of my future furniture refinishing needs. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Alexander.

I was beyond satisfied with Alexander's Custom Cabinetry and Furniture services! I discovered him on CrackerJack and reached out regarding an antique chair. He promptly requested a photo of the chair and was quick to respond once I provided it. I explained that the chair had been repaired once before (quite a long time ago), but that the repair had now failed. He provided a reasonable quote and even offered to pick up and deliver the chair himself. After reading his favorable reviews, I scheduled a pick-up for the following day. Throughout the process, he sent me pictures of his progress, ensuring that I was updated every step of the way. In fact, he even went above and beyond by fixing a minor issue on the chair that I hadn't previously noticed. The next day, he delivered the chair back to me in remarkable shape! He is a friendly and highly skilled artisan, and we couldn't be happier with his work. Thanks to Alexander and his outstanding craftsmanship, I will undoubtedly employ his services in the event that I require furniture restoration in the future.

The small antique side table was previously ruined by another supposed "professional" who used a tung oil finish and a polyurethane finish on the top, resulting in an inconsistent stain color. However, Mr. Alexander skillfully refinished the top and left the rest of the table untouched, aside from the accidental drips of polyurethane on the legs. Fortunately, Mr. Alexander was willing to take on the task and meticulously transformed the table into a beautiful piece of furniture once again, displaying exceptional attention to detail. Despite my attempt to pay him more than the agreed-upon price, he refused, claiming that it did not meet his own high standards. However, he did an incredible job.
