I highly recommend Phil as a personal trainer. Unlike other trainers I've worked with, he drove to my gym to accommodate my workout schedule and took the time to understand my fitness goals and assess my body's limitations. His targeted exercises really helped me move with less pain and more ease. I also appreciated that he sent me homework to work on between sessions. Overall, Phil is an honest and forthright trainer who truly cares about his clients.
