A highly skilled technician quickly identified the issue with my Hayward pool heater, indicating that it was a usual component that could be easily replaced. Notably, the technician did not levy any fee for the service provided. The technician was exceptionally trustworthy and equitable, as they could have easily recommended a costly replacement of $5000, actions an inexperienced or deceitful contractor might have taken.
