I'm beyond thrilled with the service from Baker Merritt. Yesterday, I made a request and was promptly contacted by their team, who took the time to understand my needs. They even accommodated my schedule, arriving 15 minutes early (a rarity for vendors!). They were friendly and patient, even handling my noisy dog while they moved my belongings from my old apartment to my new home. In the time it took me to move a single chair, they had successfully transported a mattress, a large table, and a chest up and down multiple flights of stairs. Their level of skill was truly impressive, and their service was worth far more than what I paid. If only I had hired them sooner!

They provided me with assistance navigating my way up the stairs to my front door, as well as removing and replacing the front door itself. Additionally, they helped me reposition some furniture in my home in order to create a more direct path to the kitchen for the fridge. Their overall service was professional, efficient, and friendly. I can't recommend them enough. I'll certainly be keeping them at the top of my list for future needs and referrals.
