Despite having received three negative reviews, it's important to note that I have not performed any work for those individuals. As a provider of commercial and residential pressure washing services, I specialize in servicing banks, restaurants, a variety of storefronts, and awnings. Additionally, I work with real estate clients from companies such as Prudential, Hill and Co., MacGuire Real Estate, Vangard, Barbagelata and Co., and Coldwell Banker, who understand the value of having a professionally cleaned property before listing it for sale. It's common for stairs, decks, patios, pool sides, walls, fences, and the brick, wood, stucco, and masonry surfaces of homes to accumulate algae, moss, mildew, and salt due to our marine air and general urban grime. When these deposits are allowed to remain wet for an extended period, the prolonged exposure to moisture can cause damage to your home's surfaces. This is especially problematic when dry surfaces take longer to dry and rain water is left to dwell.
By investing in preventative maintenance with professional pressure washing services, customers can receive aesthetic benefits while extending the life of their home's protective finish. My patio and walkways were expertly power washed by George! Not only did he exceed my requested work, he even cleaned the sides of my house, garage door, and removed cobwebs from the overhang. The area now shines! Additionally, he finished the job in less than two hours. His courtesy call prior to arrival, letting me know he would be there in thirty minutes, was much appreciated. George did an amazing job pressure-washing a vast concrete patio that I needed cleaning. His punctuality, work efficiency, and the outstanding results impressed me. The service provided by George at Atomic Wash is highly dependable and of superior quality - I was extremely pleased with his work. Specifically, I enlisted Atomic to pressure wash my patio and George proved to be remarkably responsive and accommodating in regards to scheduling. Despite the inflexible nature of many similar services, George was able to work around my busy work schedule and accommodated my limited availability. Additionally, George required minimal management as he handled all aspects of setup and cleanup on his own.
Furthermore, George went above and beyond my expectations, offering me a reduced quote upon observing the size of my small courtyard (demonstrating strong ethical principles) and even took the initiative to wash my gate for me.
Ultimately, I was incredibly pleased with both the quality of the service and the price that George charged. highly recommend Atomic Wash for anyone in need of these services.
