During our initial consultation and workout, I was impressed with Cindy's experience and professionalism. Specifically, she expertly addressed my muscle imbalance in my hips and shoulders. After just three sessions, I have already noticed improvements in my movement. Cindy's workouts are tough, but she always knows when to push me and when to adjust to my needs. I appreciate her coaching style, positive encouragement, and great personality. Before finding Cindy, I had tried out four other trainers. Unfortunately, they all had a one-size-fits-all approach, immediately putting me through benching and squats. Cindy was refreshing and stood out from the rest, sealing the deal for me.
