The project involved demolishing the existing deck and arches, replacing them with new structures, installing lighting, glass railing, changing the siding on one side of our house, and modifying the supporting beams on another part of the house. Regarding some complaints from previous reviews about the workers leaving garbage or not arriving as scheduled, I found that these issues can arise during major renovations. However, what matters most is how the contractor responds to complaints and concerns. In my experience, whenever I had a minor issue, I called Sami or the project manager, and it was taken care of right away. They listened to my concerns and always tried to do the right thing. We opted for Sami and Sons among three other contractors for our bathroom remodel, and we're extremely pleased with our decision. When we met Abel and Sami, we went over a very reasonable cost estimate for the necessary work. Abel even took us to several tile and home improvement stores to give us inspiration for our new bathroom. Although there was a minor communication breakdown, we were able to resolve the issue quickly with the project manager and other team members. While scheduling work per day could have been more efficient, we are thrilled with the finished product - our bathroom looks exactly the way we imagined and we love using it.
