I absolutely adore going to Aylin's yoga sessions as they provide such a calming atmosphere. She truly goes above and beyond by imparting her knowledge and wisdom before/after every class, which adds immense value to the experience. Even though I have only attended two sessions thus far, I have already noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality and emotional well-being.
