My shower drain was clogged and Zen, Jacob, and Rudy came to my house to fix it. Not only were they honest and reasonably priced compared to the larger companies in town, but they were also extremely knowledgeable. They took off the caulking around the drain, unclogged it, and kept me informed throughout the process. I enthusiastically endorse Zoom Drain.

Fantastic! They replied within 24 hours and inspected the problem. After investigation, it was found that the unpleasant smell was not caused by a plumbing issue. They provided valuable guidance on how to clean the cast iron pipes and did not ask for payment for the visit. Extremely honest and outstanding service! Thank you so much. I will certainly contact you for all future plumbing needs, and I'm confident there will be situations that require actual repair work.

Although Zoom's service was excellent - prompt and expertly executed - my overall review is not a five-star rating. This is mainly due to the fact that I found their bill to be extremely steep. I was not aware beforehand that their hourly labor cost was set at $291, and as a result, I was charged $291 to have my tub drain unblocked. This rate was twice what I was anticipating, and I regret not having clarified the cost beforehand.

The service providers arrived promptly and efficiently rectified my slow-draining bathtub. Previously, I used to stand in murky water every time I took a shower, but now the issue has been resolved and my drain is working perfectly.
